  1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet started or no work has been done.
  • If the project cannot be completed due to technical limitations from our end.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service as per the contract.
  1. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the project has been partially or fully completed and delivered.
  • If the delay or issue is caused by client-side factors, including lack of communication or failure to provide necessary resources.
  • For custom development projects, as they require significant time and effort.
  • If a change in project scope is requested after development has started.
  • For third-party costs, including hosting, domain registration, or software licenses.
  1. Refund Request Process
  • Clients must submit a refund request in writing to info@kaddora.com within 7 days of project initiation.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 5-10 business days.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
  1. Project Cancellation
  • If a client cancels a project after it has begun, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed.
  • For ongoing services such as website maintenance or SaaS development, refunds are not applicable for the period already billed.

 

  1. Modifications & Revisions

We encourage clients to review work progress and request modifications as per the contract.

  • In cases of dissatisfaction, we will offer reasonable revisions before considering a refund request.
